Trouble signing in?

Sign-in is members-only, and these four fixes cover almost every problem.

  1. 1. Tick the “verify you're human” box first

    The email sign-in button stays greyed out until you've ticked the box and typed your email. If a try didn't go through, the box may need ticking again.

  2. 2. Open the email link in the same browser you asked from

    Mail apps love opening links in their own built-in mini-browser, and that breaks the one-time link. Go back to the browser you requested it from — or request a fresh link from the browser you want to use.

  3. 3. Can't find the invite?

    Check spam for an email from updates.bombajom.com. Invitations expire after two weeks — reply to the invitation email, or ask the neighbor who invited you, for a fresh one.

  4. 4. Using Google sign-in?

    It works only for the exact email address that was invited — pick that account when Google asks.
